Abstract:Withthecontinuous improvementof global food safety standards,China’s food industry hasoccupiedan importantpositionintheinternationalmarketbyleveraging itsscaleadvantageandthe integrityofitsindustrialhain. However,inrecentyears,developedcountrieshaverestrictedChina’sfoodexports throughmarketaccess,aswellas inspectionand testing.This papersystematicallyanalyzes the manifestationsof technicalbarriers to tradeand their impactmechanismson China’s food exports,and proposes multi-levelcoping strategies toprovide references forthe government and enterprises to build trade resilience.
