Abstract：Withthecontinuous improvementof global food safety standards，China’s food industry hasoccupiedan importantpositionintheinternationalmarketbyleveraging itsscaleadvantageandthe integrityofitsindustrialhain. However，inrecentyears，developedcountrieshaverestrictedChina’sfoodexports throughmarketaccess，aswellas inspectionand testing.This papersystematicallyanalyzes the manifestationsof technicalbarriers to tradeand their impactmechanismson China’s food exports，and proposes multi-levelcoping strategies toprovide references forthe government and enterprises to build trade resilience.
