Abstract:This study innovativelyapplied the high-precision Ramanspectroscopy technology forrapid screening of illgal additives in fod.Byoptimizing the preparationmethodof experimental substrateandthedetection process, combined with data preprocessng and qualitative and quantitative analysis models,the detection sensitivity and specificity havebeen improved.The experimentalresults show that the Raman spectroscopy technologycanaccurately identifythecharacteristicspectralpeaksofdifferentilegaladitives,andhasefectivelydetectedmelamineandsodium thiocyanate inmilksamples,withdetectionresults incompliance withnationalstandards.Theresearchhasverified the broadapplicationprospectsofthehigh-precisionRamanspectroscopy technologyinthefieldoffoodsafetyproviding reliable technical support for food supervision and rapid screeningof illegal additives.
