Abstract：Atthehistoricalintersectionperidoftheconclusionofthe14thFive-YearPlanandthelaunchofthe5thFiveYearPlan，standardizationhasbecomeacoredriving forceforleadingtheconstructionofamodernindustrialsystem， supporting theachievementofthedualcarbongoals，andensuring industrialsecurity.Takingthekeypointsofstandards Workforindustrialandinformationtechnologyin2O25releasedbytheMinistryofIndustryandInformationTechnologyas the policybackground，this paper focusesonthe practicalmeasuresof theChina Communications StandardsAsociation. It systematicallyanalyzes theimplementationpathsofstandardizationconstruction intheinformationandcommunication fieldfrom fivedimensions：constructionofastandard linkage system，industriallayoutcoordination，empowerment through theintegrationof industrializationandinformatization，greenandlow-carbonsupport，andjointconstructionof theinternationalecosystem.Itisshownthatthroughcoordinatingandintegratingthe“strategy-planning-policy-standard” proces，strengthening thestandard layout foremerging technologiesandfuture industries，anddeepening international standardizationcooperation，theresilienceoftheindustrialandsupplychainscanbeefectivelyenhanced，promoting the transformationoftheiormationandcommunicationinustryowardsghndintellgent，ndgndevelopnt，d providing keysupportforenhancing China’sstrength ininternetandmanufacturing，andconstructingadigital China.
