Abstract:TheYuzhongDistrictofChongqingactivelyresponds toPresidentXi Jinping's instructions onecological protection andrestoration.Aiming atthe problems ofseasonal floodingalong the Yangtze River bankandtheexisting ecologicallandscapefailing to meet thepublic'sneeds,itcarresout explorationonstandardized construction in the water-level fluctuation Zone along the Yangtze Riverbank.Through measures such as inteligent phased governance, intelligentstrategy-basedrestorationoftheriverbank,reinforcingfinemanagementandprotection,andminorrenovation ofthe Changbin Promenade,it hasachieved results such as strengthening the flood control system,restoring the ecologicalbase,optimizing the landscape function,and transforming the economic model.The Shanu Mudflat has becomeapopularcheck-inspotandanoutdoor education base forschools.Atthe same time,the Yuzhong District has establishedanintegratedgovernancesystemof“restoratio-management-service",andhasmadeprogressintechnological inovationandinstitutionalstandardization.However,italsofacesecologicalriskssuchasthedeclineofbiodiversityand microplastic polution.Inthefuture,YuzhongDistrictplans tocooperate withresearch institutions tobuildanintelligent monitoring systemand upgrade the volunteer service system,so as to promote the coordinated upgrading of urban waterfrontspace governanceandcultural tourismdevelopment,which willprovidereferenceexperienceforrelatedfelds.
