Abstract:Inresponse to thecurrnt statusofhydrogeological investigationof electricpowerprojects inChinaand the demandsofecologicalevironmentalprotection,DL/034-3,Technicalcodeforhydrogeologicalinvestigationof electricpowerengineering,hasbeensystematicallyrevisedbasedonitso06version.Thispaperelucidatesthenecesity oftherevisionand analyzes the structuraladjustmentsandcorerevisions inthe2O23version.Theupdatedcode expands fromthe original7chapters to10 chapters,adding newchapters suchas“General Requirements”and“Environmental Hydrogeological Investigationand Evaluation".Itclarifies technicalspecifications for powergenerationprojects, substationenginering,minewaterdrainage,dewateringengineering,andenvironmental hydrogeologicalinvestigation andevaluation.Therevision emphasizes theapplicationof numerical simulation,informationtechnology,anddynamic monitoring systems,while integrating environmental protection and sustainable development principles.Also,the standardalignswithnationalandindustrystandards,whichhassignificantlyimprovedthescientificrigor,standardization, andtechnologicaladvancementofhydrogeological investigationof electricpowerprojects.Theimplementationof this standard willprovide crucial technical support for ensuring the safe operation of power infrastructure and promoting green low-carbon development,bringingabout positive economic,social,and environmental benefits.
