Abstract：The evaluationof the implementation effectof standards isanimportant partof standardization work，and theconstructionoftheevaluationindexsystemis thebasisandkeypointof theevaluation.Takingavoluntarynational standardinthefieldofperformanceasanexample，combining the methodofhierarchicalanalysisand the methodof fuzzy comprehensive evaluation，this paper constructsan evaluation index system fortheimplementationeffectof standards from threeaspectsof technicalcontentof standards，implementation statusandimplementation efectiveness， andproposesasetofevaluation methods forthe implementation efectofstandards inthe fieldofperformance.Through caseanalysis，thepracticalapplicationefectoftheevaluationmethodisverified.Fortheevaluationoftheimplementation effectof diferentstandards，theevaluationmethoddescribedinthispapercanbereferrdto，andtheevaluationworkcan becarried out according to the actual situation of the specific evaluation object.
