Abstract：Againstthebackdropofnewquality productive forcesaccelerating the transformationof economicdevelopment models，digitalservicetrade，asakeysupportingforce，urgentlyneedsanefcientandscientificstandardssystemtopromote thehigh-qualitydevelopment.This paper starts fromthemeaningandcharacteristicsofnewqualityproductiveforces，and systematicallysortsoutthecurrnt statusandproblemsofstandardizationofdigitalservice trade.Itproposesaframework forconstructingastandardssystemcovering elevencoredimensions，includinggeneralrulesandbasis，digitaltechnologies， data governance，platformoperations，content compliance，securityand trust，and green development.Furthermore， policyrecommendationsareputforwardfromtheperspectivesof strategic standardssystemdesign，optimizationof the standardsimplementationmechanism，andcoordinatedparticipationofmulti-stakeholders.Theaimis toprovidetheoretical supportand practicalpathways forbuildingarobuststandardssystemofdigitalservice trade，thereby enhancing China’s participationand influence in global digital trade rule-making.
