Abstract：This paper systematicallysummarizes thetypesandmain diseases of lacquer culturalrelics inthecolection ofthe Palace Museum.Italsoanalyzesthecurrent national standards fortheconservationofbamboo，wood，and lacquer cultural relics，thereby developing standardized illustrations for the diseases of lacquer cultural relics.By employingdigitalphotographyscanning technology，andPhotoshop，animageprocessingsoftware，thepaperprovides digitalrecording solutions forthree-dimensional diseaseillustrations ofculturalrelicswithvarious shapes.Detailed methods for creating digital disease ilustrations aredemonstrated usingactual culturalreliccases.Thestandardized research，formulation，andapplicationofdisease ilustration methods forlacquerwarecancontribute tomore detailed and systematic documentationofrelicconditions.Itserves asareference for the effective conservation，utilization， management，andresearchofculturalrelics，therebypromotingthestandardizedmanagementandefficientutilizationof culturalrelic resources to meet the demands of contemporary museum industry development.
