（Technical Center forMechanical and Electrical Product Inspectionand Testing of Shanghai Customs District） Abstract：SincetheEU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism（CBAM）entered the transition phase in October 2023， ithassignificantlyimpacted globaltradeandhigh-carbonemisionindustries.Thispaper focusesonsix majorcategories of Chinese productsexportedtotheEUuderBAM'sfrst-rondcontrolincludigstelement，hmicalertiers， aluminum，hydrogen，andelectricity.Basedontransitionperioddatafrom2O2lto2O25，thestudyfindsthattheinitial impacts inthetransitionphasewereminimal.However，carbonprice transmissionhasraised technical barrers，and the industrialchainisbeingrestructured.China’s exportindustriesare facing systematic pressure.The paperanalyzes trade changes，costimpacts，andtechnicalresponsesofthesixproductcategories，andproposescountermeasuresforevauating carbon border policies.
