Analysis ofNonconformities in Food Laboratories during the Technical Review of Qualification Accreditation

Abstract:During the technicalassessmentforqualificationacreditation,food laboratories frequently encounternonconformitiesinmultipleaspects,includingthemanagementsystem,personnel,facilitiesandequipment,environmental conditions,as wellastesting methodsand standards.To enhance the efectiveness of thequalityoperationoffood laboratories,this paper takes the foodlaboratoryofQufuInspectionandTestingCenterasanexample,andsystematically analyzesthenon-conformities identifiedduring technicalassessments.Byemploying the“Man,Machine,Material, Method,andEnvironment”method,the paperanalyzes the causesof these deficiencies,and proposes improvement measures,focusingonstrengthening management system,cultivating profesional expertise,and integrating advanced technological solutions.The findings aim to provide valuable references for similar laboratories to successully pass accreditation assessments and improve overall compliance.
