Abstract:This paperdiscusses theresearch progressof using theatomic fluorescence spectrometer to simultaneously determine multipleelements in foodanalysis.Themostcommonapplicationisbetweenarsenicandmercury,followed by arsenicandselenium.Theexistingresearchmainlyfocusesontheperiodfrom2Ol0to2O20.However,thenationalstandard forarsenicwasupdatedin2O24andthenationalstandardformercurywasupdatedin2O21.Theupdatednationalstandards didnotmentiontheatomicfluorescencespectrometermethodforsimultaneous determinationof thetwoelements.Therefore, this paperaims to provide reference for the simultaneous determination of multiple elements in food byreviewing and summarizing previous research.
