Abstract：This paperdiscusses theresearch progressof using theatomic fluorescence spectrometer to simultaneously determine multipleelements in foodanalysis.Themostcommonapplicationisbetweenarsenicandmercury，followed by arsenicandselenium.Theexistingresearchmainlyfocusesontheperiodfrom2Ol0to2O20.However，thenationalstandard forarsenicwasupdatedin2O24andthenationalstandardformercurywasupdatedin2O21.Theupdatednationalstandards didnotmentiontheatomicfluorescencespectrometermethodforsimultaneous determinationof thetwoelements.Therefore， this paperaims to provide reference for the simultaneous determination of multiple elements in food byreviewing and summarizing previous research.
