Abstract：Enterprise standardizationsupervisionserves as thecore pathway for ensuring productionsafetyand enhancing management eficiency.This paperaddresss the prevalentchallengeoflow supervisioneffectiveness within the multilevel supervisionmodel，whichcombines planndandrandominspections，inlargeoilandgascompanies，andproposes anoptimized“trinity”pathway.Thisapproach enablesatransitionfromextensivesupervision toatargetedmethodology by preciselyallocatingresources throughamulti-dimensionalscrening mechanism，constructingadynamicquantitative evaluationindexsystem，andfacilitatingthecoordinationofsupervisionandroutine management.Colectively，these measures offer a valuable reference for advancing standardization supervision in energy enterprises.
