基于城市道路的电动摩托车电池功率密度谱研究

Abstract:The powerof electric motorcycles is graduallincreasing,andthevibrationreliabilityof their powerbattery system has become a keyconcern of the industry.Focusingon the discrepancy between the vibration power density spectrum invibration test standardsat homeandabroadandthe actual working conditions,this study constructs a theoretical parametercalculationsystemofrandomvibration,proposesasegmentation integrationstrategyofcomplex spectralshapes,and establishes the input powerdensity spectrumof vibration test bench inurban working conditions throughacquisition and analysisofroad data.Theresults show that the coupling between the fundamentalfrequency andthe structureofthe motoris influenced inthelongitudinal direction.Lateraly,itpresents broadbandmultimodal characteristics.In the vertical direction,there is a concentration of extremely low frequency energy at 12Hz due to the resonance of the suspension system,accounting for 92.4% of the total. Based on this,the power density spectrum of urbanroadconditionsisdeveloped,andtheresearchresults providedatasupportforestablishingvibration teststandards system.
