关于药用辅料苯扎氯铵含量测定方法的探讨

Abstract:Bycomparing three methods forthecontent determinationofbenzalkoniumchlorideandanalyzing theadvantages anddisadvantagesofeachmethod,themostconvenientandfeasiblemethodforthecontentdeterminationofbenzalkonium chloridewasiscused,soastoprovidereferencefortheualitycontrolandstandardsdevelopmentofbenzalkoumchloride usedasapharmaceticalexcipientTeighperfomancelquidhomatogaphy(HLC)otassmoateitratiodo tetraphenylborate trationmethods wereusedtodeterminethecontentofbenzalkoniumchloride.Thepotasiumiodatetitration andsodium tetraphenylborate titrationmethods werecalculatedbasedonfixedandmodifiedtitrationdegree,andtheresults were compared.Comparedwithchemicaltitrationmethods,thecontentsofsamplesdeterminedbyHPLCwere higherindifferent degrees.Nosignificantdifferencewas foundfromthecontentresultsofsamplesbetweenthesodium tetraphenylboratetitration methodandteotasdatetratoeodutthrallsfstsotdtabateiaiot was much better than the potassiumiodate titration method,the alignment deviationofwhich was less than 1% .Comparedwith the calculationresultsbasedonfixedtitrationdegree,theresultscalculatedbasedonmodifedtitrationdgreecouldreflecttheactual contentmoreaccurately.Amongthethremethods,theresultsofHPLCwerehgherthanthoseofchemicaltitration,andsodium tetraphenylboride titration was preferred to calculate thecontent basedon the modifiedtitration degree.

苯扎氯铵又名洁尔灭(Benzalkoniumchloride,简称BAC),是一种具有杀菌作用的季铵盐类阳离子表面活性剂,属于低效消毒剂,通过改变细胞膜通透性使菌体物质渗出,进而阻碍细菌代谢使其死亡[1]。(剩余4721字)
