Research on Testing Methods for Oxygen-SupplyingAir Conditioners

Abstract:This research focusesonthesystematic testingmethod foroxygen-supplyingairconditionerstofillthegap in theperformance testingof integratedoxygen supply systems inexisting standards.Asthequalityof lives improves,the indooroxygenconcentration hasatractedincreasingattention.However,existingstandards mainly focusontemperature andhumiditywithinsufiientegulationsonoxygenindicators,stabilityandsfetyofintegratedoxygensupplystem. Moreover,thereisagapbetweenacademicresearchandindustrialpractices.Toaddresstheseissues,thisstudyproposes the coreperformance indicators foroxygen-supplying airconditionersand constructs a standardized testing methodcovering oxygen flowandoncentration,spatialoxygensupplyapacity,evironmentaladaptabilityanddorevaluation.Exprients showthatthe prototypecan supply oxygen stablyand efectivelyunder standard working conditions,ensuring safety and comfort.TheresearchresultsarereleasedintheassociationstandardT/CAS828-2024,providingaunifiedtechnicalbasis for the ndustry.Inpracticalapplications,ithasimprovedusers’fatigueandsleepqualitydemonstratingsignificantvalue inplateauareas.Thescientificandcomprehensivetesting methodproposedinthis studystronglysupports theperformance evaluationofoxygen-suplyingairconditioners.Inthefuture,itisexpectedtobefurtherimprovedwiththeapplicationof new technologiesand materials.
