Abstract：With thecontinuous deepeningof globalurbanization，urbanrailtransithas become the critical infrastructure foralleviatingurbantraficpressureand enhancing transporteficiency，thestrategicpositionof which isincreasingly prominent.Against this backdrop，standardization construction has become the core support for the high-quality developmentofurbanrailtransit，whiledigital transformationprovidesabrand-newpath fortheoptimizationand upgrading of the standards system.Through the systematicapplicationof digital technologies，Shanghai Metro has achievedbreakthroughs inthedigitaltransformationofstandards forurbanrail transit，ofering significantreference fortheinnovativedevelopmentof standardization inthe industry.This paperconductsasystematic analysis from four dimensions：foundationalconstruction，functionealization，technologicalinnovation，andimplementationempowement. Itspecificallfocusesoncriticalisues thaturgentlyneedtobeaddressedintheprocessofdigital transformationofurban railtransitstandardsdrivenbydigital technologiessuchasartificialintellgenceandlargemodels.Theresearchfindings of thispapercanprovide theoreticalreferenceand practical guidance for the standardization developmentanddigital transformation in therail transit industry.
