Abstract: Purpose: Itaims to efectively guide sweet cherry growers to produce high-quality fruits,standardize grading indicators for market sales,leadtheindustrytoimprovequalityandupgrade,andactively promote thesustainable developmentofChina’scherry industry.Method:Itdetermines thequalitygrading indicatorsand experimental methods forsweetcheries through literaturereview,marketresearch,andexperimentaltesting.Result:Thenationalstandard GB/ T26906-2O24,Sweetcherry,wasofficiallyreleasedbytheNational StandardizationAdministrationofChinain2024. It specifies thequalityrequirements,inspectionmethods,inspectionrules,and packagingand labeling requirements forsweetcherryfruits,andissuitableforqualitygradingandcommoditycirculationofsweetcherryfruits.Conclusion: The paper expoundson the standard contentand determination basis,compares the newandold versions ofthe national standard,analyzes main experiments,andconducts technicaland economic demonstration.Thepaper helps relevant
parties better understandand grasp the technical requirementsofsweet cherry quality grading,and fully leverages the positive role of standards in leading industrial development.

甜樱桃(PrunusaviumL.)属落叶小乔木,双子叶植物纲、蔷薇目、蔷薇科、李亚科、樱属,是我国北方地区露地栽培成熟最早的果树之一[,果实色鲜味美,肉嫩多汁,甜酸可口,富含维生素A、胡萝卜素和矿物质,外观和内在品质皆佳,素有“春果第一枝”的美誉,是一种适合老人和小孩食用的水果,也是目前栽培果树中效益较高的时令水果。(剩余4788字)
