Abstract：Withthecontinuous growthof globalenergydemandandtheacceleratedadvancementoftheFourth Industrial Revolution，thekeyoleofinternationalstandardsindrivingtechnologyandfacilitatingmarketaccesshasbecomeincreasingly significant.Thispapertakesinternationalstadardsastheresearchojectandconductsimpactasessmentresearch.Itconstructs aninternationalstandardinfluenceevaluationindexsystemfromtwoaspects，theinfluenceofthestandarddevelopmentprocess andthe influenceofthestandard implementationprocessUsingthetheoryofcomprehensive evaluation，stablishesaTOPIs calculationmethodbasedoncombinedweights toachieve theevaluationof internationalstandard infuence.Theinternational standard infuence evaluation index systemandevaluationmethodconstructed inthis study providereference forgrasping thestatusofinternationalstandard infuence，ndprovidesupportforsystematicallnalyzingthedynamicsofinteational standards and formulating special improvement strategies.
