Abstract：Asaprovincewithabundant waterresources in China，Yunnanprovince experiences isprone tofrequent floodsanddroughtsduetoitscomplex topographyandunevenspatialand temporal distributionofwaterresources.The compilationofhydrologicaldataisthecorelinkofhydrologicalwork.Inordertobreakthroughthetechnicalbotteneck of traditional compilation，Yunnan has independently developedanonlinecompilation system for hydrological data， developed theYunnan'slocalstandards DB53/T1159-2023，Specifications foronlinecompilation systemofhydrological data，andDB53/T1160-2023，Specificationsforsubmissionofhdrologicalmonitoringdata，whichwereissuedbythe YunnanAdministrationforMarketRegulation，andrealizedthefullprocessof“real-timedataentry-processng-results output".Theonlinecompilation system for hydrologicaldata haspromoted the transformationof thecompilationmode from“annual lag”to“dailysettlement，formingastandardizedachievement，further standardizing theappicationof thesystem，andsolving theproblemsof“non-unifiedstandards，unevenquality，and backward technicalsystem for hydrological datacompilation”among Variousdepartments in the province.This paper focuses ontheconstruction background，implementationpocss，techologicalinoationandapplicaioneffect，ndsstematicallyxpodsthe practical path and valueofthe standardization ofonline compilationof hydrological data，providinga creative reference for the digital transformation of hydrology across the country.
