云南省水文资料在线整编标准化建设与实践研究
Abstract:Asaprovincewithabundant waterresources in China,Yunnanprovince experiences isprone tofrequent floodsanddroughtsduetoitscomplex topographyandunevenspatialand temporal distributionofwaterresources.The compilationofhydrologicaldataisthecorelinkofhydrologicalwork.Inordertobreakthroughthetechnicalbotteneck of traditional compilation,Yunnan has independently developedanonlinecompilation system for hydrological data, developed theYunnan'slocalstandards DB53/T1159-2023,Specifications foronlinecompilation systemofhydrological data,andDB53/T1160-2023,Specificationsforsubmissionofhdrologicalmonitoringdata,whichwereissuedbythe YunnanAdministrationforMarketRegulation,andrealizedthefullprocessof“real-timedataentry-processng-results output".Theonlinecompilation system for hydrologicaldata haspromoted the transformationof thecompilationmode from“annual lag”to“dailysettlement,formingastandardizedachievement,further standardizing theappicationof thesystem,andsolving theproblemsof“non-unifiedstandards,unevenquality,and backward technicalsystem for hydrological datacompilation”among Variousdepartments in the province.This paper focuses ontheconstruction background,implementationpocss,techologicalinoationandapplicaioneffect,ndsstematicallyxpodsthe practical path and valueofthe standardization ofonline compilationof hydrological data,providinga creative reference for the digital transformation of hydrology across the country.
