Abstract：The National Health Commisson has launcheda three-year“Weight Management Year”actionplan，with continuous strengthening of policies and systems.Themarket for medicaldevices，weight loss drugs，and health managementisrapidlybooming，andtheentire industryis facingunprecedenteddevelopmentopportunities.However，it is alsofacing theincreasinglyprominentcontradictionbetweentherapid expansionof the weightmanagementmarketand thelaginregulatorystandardization.Thispaperfurtherexploresthecurrentsituation，challenges，ndindustrypromotion measures ofthe weight management industry from the perspective of market regulation standardization.
