Abstract:The differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)isanimportant method for evaluating the thermalstabilityof chemicals.Itsstandardizedoperationisof great significancefor ensuring the accuracyandcomparabilityof experimental results.This paper provides asystematic interpretationof theassociationstandard T/CCSASO55-2025,Testmethod forthermal stabilityofchemicals bydifferentialscanningcalorimetry,elaboratingonmethodologicalprinciples, experimental protocols,andkeyparametersetings indetail.Itfocusesonanalyzing the key technical pointsofsample pan selection,headspace gas selection and other procedures.The paper aims to provide standardized experimental guidelines foranalysts,andoffersareference framework to improve thermal stabilityevaluationsystems inrelated industries,thereby facilitating the standardizedand scientificdevelopmentofchemical safety management.

GB/T42300—2022《精细化工反应安全风险评估规范》中要求对化工过程全流程反应中涉及的原料、中间物料、产品等化学品及混合物都要进行热稳定性测试,获取热稳定性评估所需要的技术数据,包括物料热分解起始分解温度、分解热等,进而对物料潜在的燃爆危险性进行评估,分析分解导致的危险性情况,为确定反应工艺危险度等级和采取有效的风险控制措施提供依据。(剩余6286字)
