Abstract：This articlepoints out the problems existing in the instrumentand equipment managementof laboratories in inspectionand testing institutions，including the low instrumentusage，therepeated purchasesof instruments，the imperfect managementaccountinformation，the lowlevelofinformationmanagementinthe management model，and the lowenthusiasmandqualityof employees.We haveanalyzedandsummarizedthereasons forthe problems，such as the relatively backward managementsystemandideological methods，thelackof informationmanagement mode，and the unscientific talent team building.Whatismore，three measuresare proposed to promotethe standardized management oflaboratory equipments，whichare the optimizaition of management systems and ideas，the constructionofanew management model based on data informatization，and the innovative development of the talent team.
