Research and Application of Solid Flow Meter Calibration Methods

Abstract：This paperfocuseson thecalibrationissuesofsolidfow meters，exploring their working principles，calibration methods，andapplications.Byanalyzingmaincalibration methods，including theweighingmethod，volumetric method， and comparisonmethod，acalibration experiment based onthe weighing method was designed and conducted.The research results indicate that adopting appropriatecalibration methods can significantly improve the measurement accuracyofsolidfowmeters，providingreliable technical support forthemeasurementof solid materials in industrial productionproceses.Thefindingsofthispaper hold important theoreticalandpracticalsignificance forthecalibration and application of solid flow meters.
