Abstract:Themilitaryparadeisaconcentrateddisplayof nationalstrengthandasignificantceremony todemonstrate acountry's prestige and military prowessBehind their grandeurand precise executionlies theultimateapplicationof modernstandardizationconceptsand methodologies.Thispaper takesmilitaryparadesastheresearchobjecttoconduct anin-depthanalysisof the practiceandappicationofstandardizationin variousaspects,includingpersonnel training, equipmentmanufacturing,processcontrol,logisticalsupport,andimage building.Takingmilitaryparadesasa“model of standardization”,this paper aims toreveal thecorevalueof standardization inenhancing organizational efficiency, ensuringabsolutereliability,andachieving large-scalecoordination.Furthermore,itexplores the profound implications andreferencesignificancethatstandardizationofers fornatioalgovernance,industrialmanufacturing,andlarge-scale projectmanagement.Theresearch indicates thatthe successofmilitaryparades is essentiallyasuccessofhighstandards, strictrequirements,andrefinedmanagement—avividdemonstrationof theevolutionofstandardizationfromatechnical tool to a management philosophy.
