Abstract：Startingfromtheapplicationofengineandchasisfaultdiagnosis technologythispaperelaboratesonthecausesanddiagnosticmethodsofautomobileengineandchasisfaults.Thenimprovementmeasuresareproposedfromtheaspectsofintroducing advanceddetectionequpment，optimizingmaintenanceproceses，standardizingmaintenanceprocedures，andestablishingtechnical databases.tispedtattemaitenancequalityndefciecyaeimpreedefecciendthetechicalstrengthandsrviceevelof maintenance enterprises are enhanced and the win-win situation for enterpriseand social benefits are achieved.
