Abstract：WiththerapiddevelopmentofpureelectricvehicletechnologyinChina，thedemandforhighervocationalgraduatesmajoringinnewenergyvicletechnologyisncreasing.Inordertoimprovestudents’practicalabilityandenancetheirunderstandingof pureelectricvehiclefaultdetection，apureelectricvehiclefaultdetectionteachingequipmentisdesignedinthisstudy.Theteaching equipmentintegratessoftwareardwarefaultsetigandfaultdiagnosisndcasimulateallindsoffaultsintdrivingprosof pureelectricicles.Itimproessdents'abilitytooveraulpureeletricehicsablesdentstoicklydapttotjbi ments after gtion，and provides greatsupport for the cultivation ofnew energy vehicle technology professionals.
