Abstract:Heavyminingdumptruckcarriagecontiuouslyoperatesundercomplexconditionsandheavyload,soitsstructuralperformanceisveryimportanttovehiclesafetyTherefore,atre-dimensionalgeometricmodelofaheavyminingdumptruckcariageis established,andtenthefiniteelementmeshngisompletedtoconstructthecaiagegridmodel.Testressanddeformatioofthe heavyminingumptruckcariageundertreetypicaldrivingconditionsareaalyedndtenthestructuralotimzationesigiscar riedoutforthestressnddeformationconcentrationparts,andteotimizedstructuralpeformanceisomparedandanalzedhee sultsshowthat,tegeometricmodelandmeshmodelofthecariageholdhighquality,whichcanmettherequirementsoffiniteelementsimulationcalculation.Theructuraloptimizationdsignofthefrontliftinglugs,rearliftinglugsandfrontsidewalleamimproves the stiffness and strength of the carriage.
