Abstract:Toadresstheissuesoflowefiiency,poorreal-timeperformance,andumeroussafetyhzardsintraditionaltankcar bodyinspectionsystems,thispaperproposesadesignforanutomaticontrolsystembasedondigitaltwintechnologyByestablsing atwo-waymappingbetweenphysicalentiesandvirtualmodels,thesystemensuresdata-drivendecision-makingthroughoutthelifecycleoftheintellgenttankcarodyinspectionsystem.Thisaproachenablesreal-timemonitoring,simulation,andanalysisofdata, whichhelpsimprovecontrolsystemesign,celerateprogramdebugging,erifykeystemindicators,andoptimiessteoration.
