Research on the Business Operation Analysis and Development Strategies of New Energy Charging Operation Enterprises under the Background of New Infrastructure Construction Taking Company A as an Example

Abstract：AsoneofthesevenmajorfieldsoftheNewInfrastructureConstruction，thenewenergychargingindustrydemonstrates significantpotentialinChina’snewroundofindustrialrevolutionAgainsthebackdropof"newinfrastructure"goals，thisaalsisexaminestheoperationsofnewenergychargingenterpriseA.Itfindschalengesicludingweakprofitability，fiercecompetitionon standardizedmanagement，irtionalchargingfacilitylayout，andsingleprofitmodels.Recommendationsincudeskingpolicysupport，dpeningpublicservicecooperation，ndbuildingadatamanagementplatformtoadvancetheindustryandsupport"dualcar bon" targets.
