Modeling and Design of Dynamic Compensation Control Scheme for Air Brake System of Trailer

Abstract:Thispaperaddresestheisueofresponselaginthepneumaticbrakingsystemof trailersbyproposingacomprehensive modelinganddynamiccompensationcontrolschemedesign.Firstlyapeumaticbrakingsystemmodelisestablishedthattakesintoac countthegastransmisiondelayandthepressureresposedelayinthebrakechambers.Subsequentlysimulationanalysisisconducted toevealteinfluencingfactorsofthebrakingresponsetime.Toshortentheresponsetime,controlstrategyoptimiedbyagenet icalgorithmissigndfora-tierakepressureontrol.Fiallolborativecontrolstategyintegratingpematicdelaycom pensationandananti-lockbraingsystem(ABS)isproposed.Troughco-simulationverification,thisschemefectivelyeducesthe brakingesposetie,tigatesthepeumaticdelaypenomeonsuespateotrol,andeancesthecle'sakigperfor mance.
