Abstract：Inteligentconnectedvehiclesgreatlyimprovedrivingexperienceandvehicleutilizationefciencythroughadvancedonboardinformationsystemsandpowerfuldataprocesingcapablities.However，teyalsobringseriousdatasecuritychalenges.Thispaperoutlinesthedatasecuritygoverancemechanismofintellgentconnectedvehicles，thenthoroughlyanalyzesexistingproblemsn themechanism.Basedonteseanalyses，proposesinnovativepathsforthedatasecuritygoverancemechanismofinteligentcoect edvehicles，aceleratingtehnologicalinnovationtfectivelyhancedatasecurityprotectioncapabilitisandstronglyesurete healthy development of intelligent connected vehicles.
