Study on Optimization of Off-road Truck Frame Structure

Abstract：Of-roadrucksaretransportvehiclescapableoftraveringcomplexterrains，withthechassisstructurebeingthecorede terminantoftheirof-roadperformance.Byanalyzingthecommonchassistructuresofsuchtrucks，wecomparedthreetypsofchassis andclarifiedtheoptimizationgoalsforoffroadtruckframes.Thisstudyproposedahybridchasiscombiningperimeterandbackbone frames，along with a“ 1+1 ”dual shock absorption system，which utilizes two shock absorbers to enhance vehicle stability and durability.Theresultsdemostratetatisotimzationshesiificantlyeancschasisperfoaneadsimplifisthcassrcture Consequently，it offers a valuable reference for future research.
