Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentofnewenergyvehicles,thesafetyissuesofelectricdrivesystemshavebecome increasingly prominent,amonghichtheaccuratelocationofisulationfaultsisthekeytoensuringthesafeoperationofthesystem.Tispaperfo cusesonthedifcultyofocatinginsulationfaultsinelectricdrivesystemsfornewenergyvehicles.Itdeeplyanalyzesthestructural characteristicsandworkingprinciplesofelectricdrivesystems,andstudiesthcharacteristicsandevolutionlawsofdierenttypesof insulationfaults.Onthisbasis,thispaperanalyzesthefaultlocalizationmethodbasedonmultithresholdfuzzylogic,whichcanefec tivelyidenifandcateisulationfultsilectricdrivsstems,providigeectivetechicalsupportfotesfeoeratioadi tenance of new energy vehicle electric drive systems.
