Abstract:Ascriticalload-bearingcomponentsofhydrogenstoragesystemsforheavy-dutytrucks,themechanicalperformanceof thehydrogencylinderbundlesupportstructuredirectlyimpactsthesafeandstableoperationofteentiresystem.Thisstudyemployfniteelementanalysistoestablishasiulationmodelofthehydrogencyldersupportstructure.AsystematicinvestigationwascoductedonitsfirstsiderodalracteristiaturalfqucydistrbutiopaesndsoacebioAcelerationsctralde sity(ASD)responsewasevaluatedusingstandardroadexcitationspectra,whilestressfielddistributionanddeformation-sensitive zonesofthesupportstructurewereanalyzedundervariousinertialloadingconditions.Structuraltressintegritywasassessdthrough plasticcollpseandlocaloverstraincriteria.Theresearchoutcomesprovideesentialdatareferencesforvibrationsuppressiondesign and stress intensity optimization of on-board hydrogen storage equipment.
