[Abstract]Parkinson's disease is a group of neurodegenerative disorders caused by multiple complex factors， characterized bya series of motorand non-motor symptoms.Cognitive impairment is the most common non-motor symptom inParkinson'sdisease patients，manifestingas executivefunction，atention，and visuospatial skilldeficits earlyinthedisease.As thecondition progressvely worsens to the late stages，cognitive impairments in Parkinson's disease patients may advance to dementia，significantly impacting their qualityof life.Therefore，interveningand rehabilitating cognitive functions inParkinson'sdiseasepatients during theearlystages of thediseaseis crucial for enhancing cognitivefunctionand improvingqualityoflife.Currently，virtualreality（VR）technology，asaninnovative rehabilitation method，has been widelyapplied inthe treatment of neurological disorders，playing a positive role in the cognitive rehabilitationof Parkinson'sdisease patients.Inlightofthis，this studyaims toreviewtheapplication andresearch progress of VR technology inthecognitive rehabilitationofParkinson's diseasepatients，providing a referencefor clinicalrehabilitation treatments for patients with cognitive impairments inParkinson's disease.
