[Abstract] Objective： To explore the application value of combined detection of serum progesterone and β -human chorionic gonadotropin（β-hCG）in the treatment of early threatened abortion.Method： From May 2022  to May 2O24，6O patients diagnosed with earlythreatenedabortion were enrolledas the observation group at the Department of Reproductive Medicine，the 96Oth Hospitalof People's Liberation Army JointLogistics SupportForce. Additionally， 6O healthy pregnant women with normal pregnancies were included as the control group.Both groups underwent serum progesterone and β -hCG detections. The indicators （serum progesterone， β -hCG detection values and diagnostic accuracy rate）of the two groups were statisticall analyzed and compared. Result： The levels of serum progesterone and β -hCG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）.The accuracy of combined detection of progesterone and β -hCG was 93.33% ，whichwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofanysingledetection （ P <0.05）. Conclusion：Serum progesterone and β -hCG are underexpressed in patients with early threatened abortion. The combined detection of both can timely diagnose early abortionand provide certain reference information for clinicaltreatment.
