The Value of TLymphocyte Subsets in Predicting the Disease Progression of Children with Lobular Pneumonia/JIANG Ling,HU Xin.//Medical Innovation of China,2025,22(17): 138-141

[Abstract]Objective: To explore the value of Tlymphocyte subsets in predicting the disease progression of children with lobular pneumonia.Method:A retrospective study was conducted to colect the clinical data of 102 children with lobular pneumonia who were treated in the of Xinyu People's Hospital from March 2O2O to October 2024,the children were grouped according to the disease progression,namely the severe group ( n =45)and the common group (n=57). Univariate analysis was conducted on the clinical data of the two groups and the conditions ofTlymphocyte subsets.Then,multivariate logistic regresion analysis was used to screen outthefactors associated with disease progression.The risk predictive value was analyzed through thereceiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve,and the area underthe curve (AUC)was used for testing. Result: Univariate analysis showed that there were no statisticallsignificant diferences in gender,age,diseaseduration,admission body temperature, body mass index and infection pathogen between the two groups of children ( P >0.05); in the Tlymphocyte subset indicators of children in the severe group, CD 3+ ,CD 4+ ,and CD4*/CD8+ were all lower than those in the common group,while CD8 + was higher than that in the common group,the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that among the Tlymphocyte subset indicators, CD 3+ CD 4+ ,and CD4+/CD8 + were all protective factors for severe lobar pneumonia,while CD8 + was a risk factor ( P <0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUCofTlymphocyte subset indicators was all >0.7,the AUC of CD3 + (204 was 0.911,and the AUC of CD4+/CD8+ was 0.9o0. Conclusion: T lymphocyte subpopulation indices have clinical value inthedetectionofchildrenwithlobularpneumonia,whichcanbeusedasareference indexforthediagnosis of severe disease or for the prediction of severe disease.

小儿小叶性肺炎又称小儿支气管肺炎,常由上呼吸道感染诱发,本病可由病毒、细菌或其他病原体感染引起,一年四季均可发生,但多发生在寒冷季节或气温骤变时,冬春季常见。(剩余5116字)
