[Abstract]Objective:To explorethe efectof MometasoneFuroateNasal Spraycombined with Montelukast Sodium on children with snoring.Method:A totalof10O childrenwith snoring admited to from January 2022 to January 2O24 were selectedand grouped by the ball touch method.Odd numbers were classified as the control group (n=5O),and even numbers were clasified as the observation group ( n =50). The control group was treated with Montelukast Sodium, while the observation group was treated with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray combined with Montelukast Sodium. The clinical efficacy, inflammation indicators [interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF -α )],ventilation function [arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2),minimum blood oxygen saturation (LSpO2),oxygendecrement index(ODI)],and sleep quality [pediatric sleep questionnaire (PSQ)] before treatment and one month after treatment between the two groups were compared. Result: The total effectiverate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that inthe control group, the diference was statistically significant P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6,TNF- ∝ and ODI in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, while the levels of PaO2 , LSp02 and PSQ score were all higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the use of Montelukast Sodium alone, the combination of Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray and Montelukast Sodium in he treatmentofchildrenwithsnoringcanmore effectivelyreduce thelevelof inflammation, improveventilationfunction and sleep quality, and increase the total effective rate of treatment.
