[Abstract]Objective：To explore the application Paliperidone combined with Aripiprazole in patients with schizophrenia （SZ）.Method：Aretrospective selection was made 1O2 patients with SZadmited to the from December 2O22 to December 2024.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods，with 51 cases in each group.The control group received Paliperdone treatment，whilethe observation group received Paliperidone combined with Aripiprazole treatment.The clinical symptoms，cognitive functions and quality ife the two groups were compared.Result： After treatment， the positive symptoms， negative symptoms and general psychopathological scores both groups were lower han those before treatment，and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. After treatment，the scores the Wisconsin card sorting test （WCST） and the Wechsler memory scale （WMS） in both groups were higher than those before treatment，and those in the observation group were higherthan those in the control group （ P <0.05）.After treatment，the scores leisure and entertainment，adverse reactions，symptom manifestations and social relationships inboth groups were higher than those before treatment，and those inthe observation group were higher than those in the control group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion：Paliperidone combined with Aripiprazolecanalleviate theclinicalsymptoms patients withSZand improvecognitivefunctionandquality life.
