[Abstract] Objective： To explore the diagnostic value of glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc） combined withurine protein in patientswith diabetic nephropathy.Method：Theclinicaldata of 1OO diabetes mellitus patientsadmited to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2O22 to October 2O24 were retrospectively selected. According to whether they were complicated with nephropathy， patients with diabetic nephropathy were taken as the observation group （n=5O），and patients with simple diabetes melitus were taken as the control group （n=5O）.The levels of HbAlc and urine protein in the two groups were compared，and the receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve was drawn to evaluate the value of the combination of HbAlc and urinary proteinin thediagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Result： Compared with thecontrol group，the levels of HbAlc and urine protein in the observation group were higher （P<0.05 ）. The areasunder the curve （AUC） of HbAlc and urine protein alone and combination inthe diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy were O.688，0.712，and O.774，respectively.

Conclusion： HbAlc combined with urinary protein has a high value in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
