[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effcacy of endoscopic metal titanium clips combined with Ilaprazole and modified Thrombin spray in the treatmentof acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding （ANVUGIB）.Method： A total of 80 ANVUGIB patients admited to Pingxiang NO.2 People's Hospital from January 2021 to March 2O24 were enrolled.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method， with 40 cases in each group.Thecontrol group received endoscopic metal titanium clips combined with Ilaprazole，while the observation group received additional modified Thrombin spray. Clinical effcacy， transfusionrate，rebleeding rate within7daysof treatment，hospitalization duration，mucosal healing rate at 1 month post-treatment， blood routine parameters， and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Result：The total efectiverate and mucosal healing rate，hemoglobin and hematocrit one month after treatment in the observation group were allhigher than those in the control group，the hospital stay inthe observation group was shorter than thatin thecontrol group，and the blood transfusion rate was lower than thatin thecontrol group， the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）.There were no statistically significant differences in the rebleeding rate within 7days of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P >0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of ANVUGIB with combination of endoscopic metal titanium clips，modified Thrombin spray，and Ilprazole hasa significant efect.Itcan improve the blood routine indicators of patients，reduce the blood transfusion rate of patients，promote the mucosal healing，shorten the hospital stay of patients，without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
