Abstract: Based on the actual work, combined with relevant national standards and references,this paper summarizes the conventional analytical methods forthe determinationofheavy metalelements in the fieldof food and health food,analyzes the principles,performance differences andapplication statusofatomic fluorescence,atomic absorption,inductivelycoupled plasma mass spectrometryand inductivelycoupled plasma emission spectroscopy,and prospects for the application and development prospects of these instrumental methods in the corresponding fields.
