The Advantages and Suggestions for the Application of Chemical Preservation Technology in Food Storage

Abstract： In order to promote the application of chemical preservation technology in food storage， this paper discusses the advantages and suggestionsof this technology in food storage.According to the analysis，it has the advantages oflowcost，convenient operation， wide range of application and beter preservation effect. Onthis basis， it is recommended to carryout safety risk assessment，strengthen supervision，standardize dosage and use standards， and use itin combination with other technologies，soas to promote chemical preservation technology to bettr serve the field of food storage.
