Practical Application of Food Safety Risk Analysis in Food Quality Management

Abstract: Food quality management is a key task to ensure the safe production and market circulation of food.In the context of consumers'high attention to food safety,food safety risk analysis plays an important role in food quality management practice.Based on the practice of food quality management, this paper deeply explores the importance offood safety risk analysis,and analyzes in detail its practical application in food raw material procurement control, productionand processing processsupervision,storage and transportation link guarantee,and sales terminal management. At the same time, a series of guarantee strategies are proposed to promote the effective practice offood safetyriskanalysis in food quality management,in order to give fullplayto the value offoodsafety risk analysis and provide solid support for food quality management.
