Uncertainty Evaluation for Determination of Clothianidin Residue in Banana by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: The content of clothianidin in banana was determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. According to the determination process, a series of uncertain factors such as sample weighing, standard solution preparation, curve fiting,sample processing and repeatability test were analyzed,and the uncertainty was systematically evaluated.The results showed that the content of clothianidin residue in banana was 0.042 6mg⋅kg-1 , and the expanded uncertainty was 0.0026mg⋅kg-1 0 k=2 .Theuncertainty mainly came fromcurve fiting and sample repeated measurement. This study provides a scientific basis for improving the accuracy and reliability of the determination results of clothianidin residue in banana.
