Determination of Diflorasone Propionate in Health Products byUltra PerformanceLiquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: Objective: To establish an ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of diflurazone-17-propionateand diflulazone-2l-propionate in health products. Method: The samples were extracted by ultrasonication or vortexing of acetonitrile and 70% acetonitrile, eluted and separated by Waters BEH- ⋅C18 column (100mm×2.1mm,3.0μm) , and then determined by electrospray ionization source.Result: The linear relationship between the two diflularsone propionate esters was good in the range of 2.0~ 100.0μg⋅L-1 ,and the correlation coefficient R2⩾0.9987. ,and the average recoveries were 72.3%~92.3% and the relative standard deviations were 4.43%~8.09% under the three spike levels.The limit of detection of solid tablets was 15μg⋅kg-1 and the limit of quantification was 40μg⋅kg-1 . The limit of detection and quantification of oil-based capsules was 30μg⋅kg-1 and 100μg⋅kg-1 .Conclusion: This method has short time, low solvent consumption, high recovery,sensitivity and precision,and can accurately analyze difulasone propionate in health care products.
