Research on the Application of Gas Chromatography in the Detection of Volatile Harmful Substances in Food Packaging

Abstract: This paper systematically expounds the application of gas chromatography in the detection of typical harmful substances such as vinyl chloride,vinylidene chloride,epichlorohydrin,and benzene series compounds.It analyzes the key linksand technical diffculties in the detection proces,and puts forward specific measures including optimizing the pretreatment, equipment maintenance,personnel training,detection conditions,and environmental control.Theaim is to improve theaccuracyandreliabilityof thedetectionresults,and provide technical support for food safety supervision.
