浅谈粮油储备检验检测机构的建设思路

摘 要：为建设粮油储备检验检测机构，本文结合粮油质量安全相关法律法规要求，分别从粮油检验检测实验室环境条件、仪器管理及人员管理等方面进行深入分析，为后期开展检验检测机构资质认证工作奠定基础，为其他粮油储备检验检测机构取得资质认定提供参考和帮助。

Discussion on the Construction Ideas of Grain and Oil Reserve Inspection and Testing Institutions

Abstract： In order to establish a grain and oil reserve inspection and testing institution， this article combines the requirements of relevant laws and regulations on grain and oil quality and safety， and conducts in-depth analysis from the aspects of environmental conditions， instrument management， and personnel management of grain and oil inspection and testing laboratories， laying the foundation for the qualification certification of inspection and testing institutions in the later stage， and providing reference and assistance for other grain and oil reserve inspection and testing institutions to obtain qualification recognition.
