摘 要：高效液相色谱技术凭借其准确、灵敏的优势，不仅能精确分析食品中的营养成分，还可有效检测食品中的农药残留、兽药残留以及微生物代谢产物等，有利于确保食品安全性与质量。本文通过对高效液相色谱技术在食品检测中的应用步骤以及实践进行分析，旨在能对该技术有更加深入的了解。

Abstract： High performance liquid chromatography technology， with its advantages of accuracy and sensitivity， can not only accurately analyze the nutritional components in food， but also effectively detect pesticide residues， veterinary drug residues， and microbial metabolites in food， which is conducive to ensuring food safety and quality. This article analyzes the application steps and practices of high-performance liquid chromatography technology in food detection， aiming to gain a deeper understanding of this technology.
