Abstract： With the improvement of consumers’ requirements for food quality and safety， fresh quality inspection has become particularly critical. Non destructive testing technology shows great potential in this field because of its non-destructive， high efficiency and accuracy. This paper discusses the fresh quality detection method based on non destructive testing， which can provide strong support for the fresh industry.
